Project Description

Trinity Place is a carefully considered refurbishment of a period townhouse, blending restored heritage features with contemporary interventions. Original elements such as cornices, sash windows, fireplaces, and flooring were brought back to life, often with the help of local craftspeople, and paired with bespoke joinery, updated fittings, and a refined palette to create a home that feels both classic and current.

The project focused on enhancing the spatial flow and character of the house while reintroducing craftsmanship at every level. Traditional detailing was matched or recreated where lost, and layered with thoughtful new additions to create harmony between old and new.

This sensitive approach has resulted in a richly textured and highly liveable home, where historic features are celebrated and modern needs are quietly met through subtle, intelligent design.
