Works have commenced at 110 Marylebone High Street on this exciting mixed use development for the Howard De Walden Estate. The scheme consists of converting the existing historic building to the corner of Marylebone High Street, and the creation of a new five storey building “linked” through to the historic fabric. The new façade has been detailed to be a contemporary interpretations of the traditional architectural language of Marylebone High Street.
