Luddington House, Egham
Both Leonard Cheshire and The Lady Ryder of Warsaw Memorial Trust will benefit from the legacy left by Mrs Gina Gratton-Storey, a friend of Sue Ryder. CSK were delighted to attend the recent presentation held at Great Fosters, Egham. CSK were appointed to secure a planning consent for the redevelopment of the Listed Building and creation of new homes within its grounds, to ensure that the value of the site was maximised prior to the proceeds being left to two very worthy charities.
