Silwood Farmhouse is owned by Imperial College and is part of the Silwood Park Estate. Located in a woodland setting thefarmhouse is a complex of grade ll listed buildings.
The site also falls within the curtilege
of the Green Belt.

The existing buildings were in poor condition and had been poorly extended and altered in the mid 20th Century. Permission was granted to demolish part of the farmhouse and replace it with a new extension, in a contemporary 'Arts and Crafts' style. The works create a single residence utilising the existing out buildings with accommodation ancillary to the main house. The farmhouse now comprises seven bedrooms, six bathrooms with an internal swimming pool housed in the 17th Century barn and a new gymnasium housed within the
