Grade II listed restoration project in Wargrave

Lime plaster works are progressing well at our clients’ grade II listed restoration project in Wargrave.

Traditional finishes in the house serve both to create soft lighting quality and enhanced acoustics within rooms as well as allowing the building to regulate moisture through a breathable wall construction.

This is a crafted process, with chestnut lathes nailed by hand and lime plaster built up in a series of layers to create a finished surface full of character.

Keep an eye out for more updates to come on this amazing house.
